Specificité: This antibody is specific for human cardiac troponin subunit I, a 21 kD protein responsible for inhibiting actomyosin Mg2+-ATPase activity. This antibody has less than 0.1% reactivity with human skeletal TNI as measured by ELISA.

Attributs du produit: High temp. antigen demasking for FFPE tissue sections. Deparaffinize and rehydrate tissue sections.
10mM citrate buffer: pH 6.0. Boil 10-20 mins, followed by cooling 10-20 mins
OR Process tissue sections in Pressure cooker for 5 mins in citrate buffer followed by cooling 10-20 mins to RT. Wash tissue sections with buffer (PBS or Automation buffer,)

Purification: Concentrated.

Information d'application

Indications d'application: Immunohistochemistry:1:25. For formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections antigen demasker (10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 ) is required. Boil the tissue 10-20 mins in this buffer, followed by cooling to RT.
Western blotting: 1:50-1:100.
ELISA: 1:500-1:1000
Immunoprecipitation.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:25-1:50 in IHC. When using paraffin-embedded and formalin-fixed tissues, high temperature antigenic unmasking technique is strongly recommended for consistent and reproducible results. This product can also be used on frozen tissue sections. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory.
